Once your order has been successfully completed online you will receive an email confirming all the details of your order. Should you wish to find the status of your delivery please feel free to contact us at the details provided below. We will follow up on the order tracking number and let you know where your parcel is. Prices

The price of each product is displayed with the product. In the event of a sale or special offer, the discounted price is displayed. The price you see is the price you pay. Please be advised that as this is a South African website and you will be charged in South African Rand based on the ruling exchange rate at the time your order is processed. While policy varies from country to country and bank to bank, your bank may charge you a foreign currency conversion fee.

However, Rowland Ward does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Rowland Ward is not as described, please return the item in it’s unused condition. Guild member discounts

Where Guild members are entitled to a special member’s discount, the full price is displayed with the product together with a message indicating the discount percentage to which a member is entitled. During the online order process you will be prompted to enter your name and Guild membership number. Doing so allows you to take advantage of the discount on offer. If you have already logged in as a member before visiting our online store, your membership number will be remembered and filled in for you automatically.

Guarantee and returns

Rowland Ward is committed to its customers’ satisfaction as our top priority. While we shall make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered to you in perfect condition, mistakes can happen and we will refund you in full or exchange your item for any damaged or incorrect order.

A damaged product or incorrect order must be returned to Rowland Ward to obtain your refund or exchange.

An incorrect order must be returned unused and in the condition in which it was received in order to obtain your refund or exchange. Please take care to package the returned incorrect item appropriately.

Where you have been sent an incorrect or damaged item, Rowland Ward will refund you the delivery cost of returning the item to us.

If you are not satisfied with your choice and the product is still in mint condition, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and Rowland Ward will refund the purchase price. In such instances Rowland Ward will not refund you the delivery cost of returning the item to us.

Instead of sending your return to us you are also welcome to bring your return into one of our offices.

Delays and cancellations

Rowland Ward makes every effort to assure that the information supplied on our site is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform you.

Risk of loss

Rowland Ward will cover the risk of loss of your order all the way to the final point of delivery.

Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable or assignable.

You can view prices in RSA Rand or US Dollars, depending on your preference. The default currency on our Website is RSA Rand. Credit card payments

At the time of placing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank and an authorisation is obtained for the amount of the order. Payment is only collected when the order is completed. Note that to protect its own and the interests of customers, Rowland Ward scrutinises all transactions very carefully to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be refused if Rowland Ward is not satisfied with its legitimacy. Credit card numbers are not stored in any form by Rowland Ward once the transaction and payment are completed.
